Arrangement

         It is possible to combine two or more different shapes when decorating. Always arrange the shaped materials in a circular order.
         Ensure that the centre of the arranged materials are neatly closed with something e.g Roses whether ready-made  or folded ones.

NOTE   For decoration to start, you must have joined the base with the ring. The use of needle and thread is said to be the best for joining because of its neatness. One can make use of gum in some areas where needle can not work.
However, when the fixing of the decoraton has been done, then taping can take place. It is advisable to tape before decoration. We use ribbon or pitercher to tape and line the inner part of the hat. The last thing to do is just to give a touch of spray paints for shinning sake because when spray paints are excessively applied, it can affect the hat in remoulding or repair in future.
Lastly, the principle for making the simple hat is the same principle for making complex ones. The siname can also be covered with organser; it can be banded with laces e.t.c
